Our Brewing & Culinary Philosophy

At the Trestle Tavern, we believe a great pub is defined by the integrity of its cellar and the heartiness of its kitchen. We champion local Leicestershire agriculture, sourcing our meats from trusted family butchers and our vegetables from the fertile fields right on our doorstep.

Five Cask Lines

Perfectly temperature-controlled cellar, rotated weekly to showcase regional microbreweries.

Scratch Kitchen

No shortcuts. Our traditional gravies, pastry pies, and Sunday roasts are made in-house daily.

Real Log Fires

We keep the hearth glowing all winter long. Pull up a stool and dry off by the logs.

Dog Friendly

Four-legged locals are welcome in our main bar and beer garden. Dog bowls and biscuits provided!
