03. Firing up the Clay Oven to 480°C

We burn high-density lumpwood charcoal inside our traditional hand-insulated clay tandoors to lock in smoky, wood-fired caramelisation.

04. Hand-Rolling & Naan Slapping

Every single naan is rolled thin to order and slapped directly onto the blistering inner clay walls for that signature, blistered finish.

05. Thermal Pack & Dispatch
