Everything we touch passes through our custom-forged steel hearth, fired daily with local kiln-dried ash wood from the Belvoir Estate.

We work exclusively with independent Leicestershire dairies, heirloom fruit orchards, and sustainable game estates within a 15-mile radius.

Due to the micro-scale of our kitchen and our commitment to zero-waste sourcing, we highly encourage booking ahead. We save space for walk-ins daily at our communal iron counter.
