The Diagnostic Discovery
Radiators on the first floor cold to touch; system heavily blocked with black iron oxide sludge. System pressure unable to maintain 0.5 bar.

The Engineering Process
Carried out a full thermal chemical powerflush. Removed old header tanks from the loft, modernised primary pipework with neat copper press fittings, and installed a Worcester Bosch 8000 Lifestyle unit.
